Meet the QFC Team

Frankie
Frankie is a NASM certificated personal trainner and nutrition coach. Their specialty is functional strength training, bodybuilding, imbalance posture/movement pattern corrective training, body recomposition. They have helped trainees to achieve their body transformation, release pain and discomfort from imbalanced posture and movement patterns, and achieve specific performative goals, especially for dancers.

Mattie
Mattie is a dancer and NASM certified personal trainer from Colorado. She specializes in core strength, functional movement, efficient power, and cross training for athletes and dancers. She loves working with folks to unlock deep self-awareness and help them to break out of counterproductive movement patterns.

Shannon
Shannon holds an MFA in Performance and Performance Studies from Pratt Institute. Shannon is a dancer-choreographer and queer-creator. Shannon practices Breaking, Hip Hop, waving, Contemporary floorwork, contact improv, and Wing Tsun Martial Arts. Through integration of techniques, sha researches dance through gaining body awareness and finding body pathways.

Marianna
Marianna has been involved in the fitness industry since 2017. Having graduated in Sports Coaching alongside getting certified in Personal Training and Nutrition, she brings a unique approach to training - supporting her trainees on a journey to achieving both physical and mental strength.
